These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including custom printing, design services, and any other products offered by CSI Printing & Advertising. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. General Terms Custom Products: All of our products are made-to-order, based on the specifications you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that all information (including design, size, material, and quantity) is correct. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including inappropriate or illegal content submissions. 2. Artwork & Proofing Artwork Submissions: Customers are responsible for providing high-quality, print-ready files. Files must meet the specifications provided on our website (e.g., resolution, format, color settings). We are not liable for errors resulting from improper file submissions (such as low resolution or incorrect formats). Proof Approval: Before we begin production, you will receive a digital proof of your order. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and confirm that everything is correct. Once you approve the proof, CSI Printing & Advertising is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the final product. 3. Payment Terms Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, and Credit Card. Full payment is required before we begin production on any order. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Any changes to the scope of work, such as design modifications or additional materials, may result in a price adjustment. Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to the total order amount as required by law. 4. Shipping & Delivery Shipping Costs: Due to the customized nature of our products, shipping costs will be calculated after production and included in your final invoice. Delivery Times: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Risk of Loss: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details on damaged or lost items. 5. Returns & Cancellations Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is a mistake in your order that is our fault, we will replace the item at no cost. If the mistake was made by the customer (e.g., wrong specifications), the customer is responsible for the cost of reprinting. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time; however, cancellation is subject to payment depending on the stage of the process: - Design Work: Any design work completed prior to cancellation will be charged at the rate provided in your quote. - Production: If your order has already entered production, we will do our best to stop the process. However, if printing has already started, you will be responsible for the full price of the order. 6. Intellectual Property Customer Designs: Any artwork, logos, or designs provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. However, by submitting designs to CSI Printing & Advertising, you grant us the right to use the designs for the purposes of fulfilling your order. Copyright Infringement: CSI Printing & Advertising respects intellectual property rights. We will not print any material that violates copyright or trademark laws. By submitting your design, you confirm that you own the rights to all images and content or have obtained permission to use them. 7. Liability & Warranty Limited Warranty: We guarantee that your product will match the specifications you approve during the proofing process. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Limitation of Liability: CSI Printing & Advertising is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone. 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Due to the customized nature and variance of our products, we are unable to determine exact shipping costs until after the product has been produced. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the final weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping charges will be reflected in your final invoice, which will be sent once production is complete. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows: Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days Expedited Shipping: 2 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business days Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal service issues). 3. Shipping Providers We work with reputable carriers such as UPs, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items. 4. In-Store Pickup For customers in the area, we offer free In-Store Pickup at our location. When placing your order, select "In-Store Pickup" as your delivery method. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification once your order is available. Pickup hours are M-F 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, and our address is: CSI Printing & Advertising 1480 E Ridgeline Drive, Suite 201 South Ogden, Utah 84405 Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your items. 5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. and Canada at this time. Please note that certain products, especially larger formats like banners and displays, may not be eligible for shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information to monitor the delivery status. 7. Custom Orders & Large Formats For custom print orders and large-format items (such as banners, vinyl displays, etc.), additional handling and shipping fees may apply. We will notify you during the checkout process or contact you directly if needed. 8. Damages & Lost Items We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and let us know immediately, so we can assist with the process. 9. Returns & Exchanges For information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy. Customized and personalized print orders are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. RETURN POLICY
At CSI Printing & Advertising, we take pride in producing high-quality, customized products that meet your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Each order is made specifically for you, and as such, it cannot be restocked or resold. However, if you believe there has been a mistake with your order, we want to ensure it is resolved promptly. Mistakes & Replacements If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide: - A detailed description of the issue. - A clear picture of the mistake. If the error is on our end, such as incorrect printing, sizing, or material, we will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. If the mistake is due to incorrect information provided by the client, such as file errors, design issues, or incorrect specifications, we will be happy to assist with a reprint. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprint and any applicable shipping fees. Non-Returnable Items Because our products are custom-made, the following types of items cannot be returned: - Personalized prints or custom designs. - Large-format prints, banners, or displays made to your specifications. - Any item that was approved via a proof or design file prior to production.
